Step 1:

Choose your volunteer program/programs.

Step 2:

Submit your application form (please fill it out carefully and completely).

Step 3:

We will send you a confirmation when we have received your application (we will contact you if anything is unclear, or we are missing any pertinent information).

Step 4:

We will confirm your participation in your desired project (availability required) within a few days.

Step 5:

Please pay the reservation fee of 225 USD.

Step 6:

Within a few days after the we receive your reservation fee payment, you will receive a reservation confirmation, project factsheet, and country handbook.

Step 7:

Now, you are all set to book your flight, purchase travel health insurance, review vaccination requirements, etc.

Step 8:

After you booked your flight, please inform your volunteer coordinator of the time you will be arriving to your volunteer project location.

Step 9:

That’s it! We wish you a safe trip and amazing stay abroad!

Step 10:

Please pay the program fee directly on the site of the project you chose to participate in. This will cover the duration of your stay.
