Volunteer Work Latin America is an initiative of the intercultural agency, South America Inside, and offers a cheap alternative for experienced travelers who want to live their dream of volunteering abroad. The cost structure is minimal in order to keep participation costs as small as possible. The target audience is volunteers who want to rely on the knowledge and expertise of a prestigious agency, but prefer to take over most of the planning and organizing themselves.

For over 15 years, South America Inside’s expert team has been active in the international volunteer work market. Thanks to the continuous dedication of the staff, quality volunteer projects, and many years of experience, South America Inside is one of the lead providers of volunteer work programs in Latin America. All volunteer projects that are offered in Latin America have successfully passed through a very strict screening process relating to quality, and have been approved for many years.

Our volunteers are typically people who have a decent amount of travel experience, or have already participated in volunteer project abroad in the past. They are usually individual travelers that do not require a lot of outside assistance when planning and organizing a trip, as they only need a small set of information to reach their desired destination. Furthermore, these individuals generally do not want an extensive consultation and would rather save money by taking action themselves.

Our volunteers are able to choose from our fine selection of ‘do-it-yourself’ volunteer programs in Latin America, selecting the project that suits them best. Although these projects are for individuals who do not require an extensive consultation, our company still supports volunteers with detailed pre-departure and travel information in addition to booking their participation in their desired project.
